When Tiffany McAllister first joined us in 2022, she had a bachelor’s degree in social work and was working on her master’s degree. In 2025, she successfully graduated with a Masters in social work. Working at Care is There allowed her the flexibility she needed to complete the requisite work, while also giving her an opportunity to apply her new skills and knowledge in real time through hands-on interaction with clients. One day, she hopes to obtain her license for clinical social work.
Tiffany is a specialist in helping our clients with difficult moves, sometimes across the continent. She not only helps with the physical move, but also with establishing connections, and transferring medical records, to doctors and specialists once the move happens.
Tiffany is a trained Dementia Friend, as certified by Dementia Friends USA. She uses that training combined with the skills she acquired completing her Masters Degree, to help clients living with dementia. She loves creating frameworks of care to assist with confusion and, more importantly, interacting with her clients one-on-one to reassure them, and help them thrive and enjoy the activities at their facilities.
Tiffany’s continued work at Care is There provides her with the opportunity to continue practicing her social work skills, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle for herself and her three children. All this she does and more, providing quality care and assistance to everyone she helps.
