Linda D. Elliott is an attorney with the firm Miller, Earle & Shanks, PLLC. Linda is a certified Guardian ad litem for the elderly, and enjoys working with and protecting elder clients. Linda’s personal experience assisting her elderly mother-in-law increased her understanding of how to work with individuals who have dementia or are elderly. Linda also worked as a loan officer for 4 years for a mortgage company and is familiar with all aspects of buying, selling and mortgaging real estate.Â
When Linda is not working as an attorney, she enjoys giving back to the community. She was a Boy Scout Leader and Troop Treasurer for seven years when her boys were in scouts (they are both Eagle Scouts) and continues to teach Personal Management to Boy Scouts. She is also active in Relay for Life, which raises funds for the American Cancer Society, where she was a Team Captain for five years for her Boy Scout Troop and Committee Member for three years.

Hello, Ms. Elliot. Friends gave me your name. I am interested in preparing a will, and completing the processes for other directives, durable power of attorney, medical, etc. Could you tell me how I prepare for a meeting with you? Are there forms to complete, website resources to review? Thanks.
