“We all have things we offer. We all have things we need.”
That’s the model of the Cville Timebank, which envisions “an integrated community in which individuals invest in each other’s well being through reciprocity, exchanging time and service.”
At the March 8 meeting of The Good Life Design Collaborative, we’ll explore how senior citizens and senior citizens service providers can participate in the Timebank. We’ll also hear a report on the Repair Cafe, a Timebank event in which you have have broken things repaired for free.
Join us on March 8 from 9:00am – 10:30 at the Senior Center. Free and open to the public – just show up!
