When Sarah* decided to move clear across the continent, Care is There was instrumental in helping her find housing and set up medical care. As part of her care, we helped her connect with services to have her medications delivered to her new home in a remote area and stayed in contact long enough to make sure that Sarah was able to comfortably settle into her home and community.
Recently, Sarah had trouble accessing her medications. She and her family knew that they could reach out to Care is There for help once again. Sarah’s Executive Assistant contacted her PCP, requested refills on her prescriptions, and made sure that they were sent to the correct pharmacy while negotiating the timing of delivery. Care is There made sure that Sarah would have her medication in hand when she ran out of her monthly supply.
Sarah is still loving her home in a remote area. She’s confident that, should any needs arise, Care is There will step in and help anytime, especially when it comes to medical care.
