If we had to name something as Jack Gobble’s superpower, it would be thinking outside the box. His creative approach to problem solving allows him and his clients to find unique solutions to financial conundrums.
Jack has a unique ability. He can look at a situation and come up with a solution that might seem impossible or that no one else has considered, and it always works. For instance, a medical entity he worked with kept having cash flow problems. By changing the payroll date to adjust when payroll came out, the company discovered they had the money they needed.
He also helped a condo housing association with paperwork. The whole condo desperately needed new windows, but there were problems getting each condo member to take out a loan for the necessary work. They did not know how to get everyone living in the condo invested in solving this problem. Jack suggested an idea: an equity loan. The Condo Association takes out a home equity loan so the repairs could be completed, after which the condo owners paid the association back monthly until the loan was paid in full.
Jack brings his clever, outside the box thinking to his Care is There clients. His novel solutions help seniors in the Charlottesville area with any and all daily money management issues. Not only does he draw on knowledge from working in real estate to help individuals navigate their housing needs, he also pulls from many other financial industries to help them set up automatic bill payments, put supports in place for unique medical situations, and, of course, maintain their independence and dignity, all with outside the box solutions.
