How long have you been working at Care is There?
I started Care is There in 2006, and it’s the best job I’ve ever had!
What do you do at Care is There?
My main responsibility is to ensure that Care is There provides an outstanding experience for all of our clients, their loved ones, our Care is There team members, and other service providers. I love meeting organizations that can provide new services to our clients, interviewing potential new Care is There Lifestyle Coordinators, and planning our training programs. Every day is different, and every day is rewarding.
What is the most satisfying thing about working at Care is There?
I know we improve the lives of older adults and their families. So many of our clients say ‘what would we do without you?’ Recently I asked all the Lifestyle Coordinators to share a miracle they created for a client in the last few weeks. Their answers brought tears to my eyes. Care is There is a very inspiring place to work!
