I have been with Care is There for a year and a half.
What do you do at Care is There?
As Financial Services Specialist I help clients employ best practices in the financial and legal aspects of their lives. I can help them identify their goals, opportunities, and preferences, and then connect them to specialists like bankers, attorneys, financial planners and accountants for expert professional advice. I help clients utilize the Daily Money Management services offered at Care is There, such as bill paying, filing long term care insurance claims, and organizing documents for tax return preparation.
I’m also the Training Champion for Care is There. I help new team members learn our internal best practices.
What is the most satisfying thing about working at Care is There?
I enjoy working around others who are passionate and driven, working towards the same end result of assisting elderly people with challenging choices and decisions! It’s rewarding to be utilize my knowledge – built during 18 years in banking and finance and through personal experiences caring for my own elderly parents – to help reduce the anxiety of our Care is There clients and their loved ones.
